Yes. We source directly and hold our own inventory — we never drop-ship, and every bottle we sell has been verified by our team before listing.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We don't accept change-of-mind returns on opened bottles, for hygiene reasons standard to the fragrance industry.
