By placing an order on Win Parfume, you agree to the following:

Orders & payment: all orders are subject to stock availability at the time of payment confirmation, not at the time of adding to cart. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country (SGD for Singapore, MYR for Malaysia) and include no hidden fees beyond the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Shipping: delivery times depend on the courier selected at checkout and your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once a package has been handed off.

Returns: if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind once a bottle has been opened, for hygiene reasons standard to the fragrance industry.

Reseller pricing: customers who qualify for reseller pricing (based on cumulative purchase history) receive it automatically on future orders. Reseller pricing is for personal or business resale use and may not be combined with promotional vouchers unless stated otherwise.

Account: you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts used for fraudulent activity.
