Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Win Parfume collects when you use our site, and how it's used.

What we collect: account details you provide (name, email, phone), shipping addresses, and order history. If you check out as a guest, we still create a minimal customer record tied to your email so your order can be looked up and supported.

Payment data: we never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Xendit, our payment partner — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, plus a reference ID.

How we use it: to fulfill orders, respond to support requests, and — only if you've opted in under Notification Settings — send you order and promotional updates.

What we don't do: we don't sell your data to third parties. We don't share your information beyond what's needed to ship your order (e.g. courier partners) and process payment (Xendit).

Your control: you can update or delete your account at any time from Privacy Settings. Deleting your account deactivates it; some order records are retained as required for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
